About NTAPIC

NTA Properties Investment Company Limited (NTAPIC) is the real estate and investment subsidiary of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA). Incorporated on 23rd October 2000 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (Registration No. 393966), the Company has over 24 years of experience in property development, investment management, and housing delivery.

NTAPIC was established to optimize and commercialize NTA’s landed assets while providing affordable housing and structured investment opportunities to NTA staff and the general public.

Our Services & Operations

Real Estate Development

NTAPIC has successfully developed and delivered multiple estates across:

  • FCT (Abuja) – Jikwoyi, Karu III, Karmo (Life Camp I & II), Sabon Lugbe
  • Nasarawa State – Karu II, Mararaba I, II, III, Royal Estate
  • Lagos – Oyadiran Yaba Estate

Our developments include:

  • Flats and bungalows
  • Terrace and semi-detached duplexes
  • Studio apartments
  • Site-and-service plots
  • Joint venture housing projects

We also managed the sale of government houses to staff under monetization schemes across various NTA stations nationwide.


Staff Housing Scheme

One of our flagship initiatives allows staff to own homes through:

  • 30% equity contribution
  • 70% balance spread over 10 years via salary deductions

This initiative promotes home ownership, reduces financial stress, improves morale, and enhances staff productivity.


Savings & Investment Schemes

NTAPIC offers structured savings programs designed to encourage financial discipline and investment:

  • Short-Term Saving Scheme (STSS) – Minimum ₦5,000 monthly
  • Long-Term Saving Scheme (LTSS) – Minimum ₦5,000 monthly
  • Home Ownership Saving Scheme (HOSS) – Minimum ₦20,000 monthly

Additional services include:

  • Soft and rent loans
  • Mortgage loan processing
  • Investment in stocks and shares

National Housing Fund (NHF) Coordination

NTAPIC coordinates the mandatory 2.5% NHF deductions for NTA staff and ensures remittance to the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

We also:

  • Maintain NHF records for staff
  • Facilitate NHF refunds for retired employees

Mast & Tower Management

Since 2001, NTA masts and towers have been leased to Communication Towers Nigeria Limited (CTNL).

NTAPIC oversees:

  • Collocation of telecom antennas
  • Leasing to FM radio stations
  • Revenue collection from mast operations

These revenues contribute significantly to funding staff housing and investment schemes.
